A young social media influencer and her partner were tragically discovered deceased on a roadside by a farmer just days before her scheduled appearance at a local festival.
The bodies of beauty queen Ulissias Marcelli, aged 30, and her boyfriend, VinÃcius Souza de Carvalho, aged 28, were found in Porto Seguro, a city in northeastern Brazil. Authorities suspect foul play as they believe the couple might have been held captive before being fatally shot, potentially the day prior to their discovery.
Law enforcement has initiated an investigation to determine if the deaths are linked to criminal activities, possibly associated with drug trafficking in the area.
Ulissias had been set to take the stage as a presenter at the upcoming Rock Gaya Festival, slated for July 25, which was to be held in the same vicinity where the couple’s bodies were found.
With an online following of approximately 20,000, the influencer, also known as ‘Miss Tattoo’, shared her fire performance art and gothic style with her audience. Sadly, she has left behind a 13-year-old son.
Family and friends expressed their condolences for Ulissias on social media, with her mother posting a heartfelt tribute, honoring her daughter’s memory and the legacy she leaves behind.
The Rock Gaya Festival released a statement lamenting the sudden loss of Ulissias, reflecting on the unexpected turn of events as they had been looking forward to her participation in the event.
Fans of the influencer also shared their grief online, offering condolences and expressing shock at the tragic news. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the deaths, and the investigation is ongoing.
In a separate incident, another Brazilian influencer, Kauana Bilhar, lost her life after a fatal fall from a tower block in Dubai. With a substantial following on Instagram, Kauana, aged 27, was known for sharing her travel and modeling adventures.
Her mother, Darla Bilhar, expressed her profound sorrow over her daughter’s passing, reminiscing about the memories they shared and the love that will endure forever.
