Supplementary squadrons of F-35A fighters and F-15 aircraft have been relocated from their base at RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk to prepare for potential military actions. Additionally, two squadrons of F-16s, one from Aviano Air Base in Italy and the other from Spangdahlem US Base in Germany, have been repositioned. Over the past 24 hours, the US has carried out a series of airstrikes on Iran for the ninth consecutive night, targeting air defense systems supplied by China and causing explosions across the country.
Reports indicate that Israel is likely to join a comprehensive offensive against Iran, with the prospect of a temporary ground operation on Iran’s Kharg Island to secure the Strait of Hormuz.
