Williams, aged 41 and residing in Erdington, Birmingham, faces a charge of attempted murder following her arrest in January. Prosecutor Timothy Harrington stated in court that Williams had deliberately interfered with the child’s vital medication multiple times, indicating a premeditated plan to end the child’s life. The prosecutor emphasized that Williams had not provided a reasonable explanation for her actions and highlighted that she was caught on hidden camera footage in the act. The prosecution argues that Williams’ behavior was intentional and calculated, with clear intent to cause harm to the child. The case is ongoing at the Birmingham Crown Court.
