A British tourist was swiftly taken to the hospital after being found unconscious in the sea at a popular holiday destination in Majorca. Lifeguards rescued the 47-year-old man in Santa Ponsa near Magaluf around noon yesterday when he suffered a cardiac arrest. Off-duty firefighters assisted in resuscitating him when they discovered he had no pulse, with paramedics later arriving at the scene. Medical personnel managed to stabilize the individual on-site before transferring him to Son Espases Hospital in Palma, the capital of Majorca.
