An 18-year-old woman tragically passed away after a loading lorry, allegedly taken by a group of people without authorization, struck her in a park. The incident occurred in Southend’s Chalkwell Park area early on Saturday, June 13, resulting in severe injuries to the woman who was promptly taken to the hospital.
