She mentioned that the children are likely in foster care and expressed doubt that child welfare authorities would place all of them together.She added, “If deemed beneficial for the family, professionals overseeing the case would likely arrange visits among siblings residing in separate locations.” Bowman emphasized the necessity of patience when interviewing children who have endured such traumatic experiences, noting the lengthy nature of these interviews, which are tailored based on the child’s comfort and capacity to participate.
