Prince Harry has reached a final decision regarding the upcoming visit to the UK capital with his wife Meghan and their children. Meghan, along with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will not accompany him due to the denial of a request for police protection.
Concerned about the safety of his family, Harry has opted not to bring them to London for this trip. Additionally, it remains uncertain whether he will stay at a royal residence during his visit.
The decision has led to the cancellation of immediate plans for a reunion between Archie, Lilibet, and their grandfather, King Charles. While they won’t be joining Harry in London, the family is still open to visiting the UK.
Meghan was scheduled to join Harry in Birmingham for an Invictus Games engagement, but the visit was cast into doubt after it was revealed that the couple would not receive taxpayer-funded protection.
As non-working members of the Royal Family, the Duke and Duchess continue to carry out their own planned engagements independently.
