Luke Littler expressed gratitude towards his family and girlfriend for supporting him during a challenging period. Despite facing some difficulties throughout his Premier League journey, including being booed as the world No.1 after an incident in Manchester, Littler persevered through the 17 weeks. Emotions overwhelmed him as he secured victory by hitting double top.

In a heartfelt moment on stage, Littler shared that he had contemplated quitting due to the negative reception from the crowd. After avenging his previous loss to Humphries in the 2025 final, he acknowledged the unwavering support of his family and close friends.

Meanwhile, on her Instagram account, Faith Millar, Littler’s girlfriend, shared a video of his entourage celebrating with a rendition of ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’ by John Denver in a luxurious hotel bar after the victory. In another post featuring a photo of them sharing a kiss before Littler took the stage, Millar expressed her pride and love for him.

During an emotional interview on stage, Littler reflected on the ups and downs of the competition, mentioning his initial struggles and the tough times he faced. Despite setbacks like a low average in Brighton, he expressed his joy at ultimately lifting the trophy.

After shedding tears of joy, he revealed his struggles with the crowd’s reaction post-Brighton and the incident in Manchester, confiding in Faith about his desire to quit due to the weekly pressure.
