Manitoba residents are no longer required to adjust their clocks for daylight saving time, as Premier Wab Kinew revealed in a press release on Thursday. This decision will make daylight time the permanent standard, eliminating the need to switch back to standard time on November 1. Manitoba has joined several other provinces and territories, such as British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, in either adopting or planning to implement permanent daylight time.
