A man who successfully lost a significant amount of weight, Harry Cox, took on a remarkable journey to achieve his goal. Formerly weighing 25st 6.5lbs, Harry now weighs 11st 1lb after shedding a total of 14 stone. His incredible transformation led him to be crowned Slimming World’s Man of the Year in 2026, a title he earned by conquering a 3,560ft ascent up Snowdon.
