Taking place on Monday evening at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, the 78th Emmy Awards are set to be a memorable event. Recognizing excellence in television, the ceremony will be hosted by actor Mariska Hargitay. The show will feature a special musical tribute to Dolly Parton led by Reba McEntire and a performance of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Noah Kahan in memoriam. Additionally, the ceremony will honor the 30th anniversary of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and the 50th anniversary of “Charlie’s Angels.”
While some Emmys were already awarded at the Creative Arts Emmys earlier this month, a stellar lineup of stars is confirmed to take the stage tonight, including Dan Levy, John Mulaney, Awkwafina, Shailene Woodley, Alan Cumming, Florence Pugh, and Annie Murphy among others.
