“Trump Unveils Limited-Edition US Passport Design”

Donald Trump has unveiled a new limited-edition US passport design featuring an image of himself and his signature, adding to the unique touch. The US State Department had previously announced the release of these special passports to commemorate the 250th anniversary of American independence. Trump recently shared a sneak peek of the passport design on his Truth Social post, cautioning with the words, “Welcome, but be good!” The exact placement of this warning within the passport remains unspecified.

The revealed passport pages showcase Trump depicted in a serious pose overlooking the Oval Office desk, with the backdrop featuring text from the original Declaration of Independence and his signature below. An earlier sample of the passport displayed a different image of Trump with a US flag background instead of the Declaration of Independence.

One of the pages in this limited-edition passport exhibits John Trumbull’s painting of “The Declaration of Independence” with the inscription “United States of America 250” below it. Initially introduced in April as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary festivities, this unique passport was promoted to feature custom artwork and enhanced images throughout.

These exclusive passports are just one facet of Trump’s unconventional approach to celebrating the 250th anniversary. Notably, a UFC fight was hosted on the White House South Lawn to mark Trump’s 80th birthday, which required a Paramount+ subscription for viewing. The event drew around 4,300 attendees, including prominent figures like Tyson Fury and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

The 250th-anniversary celebrations continue with Trump’s administration planning an Indycar grand prix on the streets of Washington in August and the promise of the world’s largest fireworks display for the Fourth of July.
