A Tesla driver faced criticism for driving onto a Cornwall beach and leaving the vehicle parked there. The incident unfolded at Tregirls beach in Padstow, where the driver, with a parking permit for an upscale London district, drove onto the sand in front of onlookers. Despite attempts to leave, the Tesla remained stuck for about four hours.
An individual from Truro confronted the driver, informing him that parking on the beach was not allowed, only to receive a disrespectful response. The driver was also seen arguing with others on the beach, causing further disturbance.
Efforts to free the Tesla continued into the evening, with a local farmer assisting. The beach access used by the driver is crucial for emergency services, highlighted by a recent incident where emergency services were called to the same beach for a life-threatening situation. Tragically, a man in his 60s lost his life while trying to rescue family members in the water, despite public efforts to save them.
