A woman shared her harrowing experience after discovering a man hidden behind a wall at the rental property where she was staying with her family. Therese had booked the accommodation through Booking.com for a family event. Despite being advertised as owner-unoccupied, she felt uneasy upon arrival.
Upon meeting the landlord, who assured her he wouldn’t be staying at the property, Therese and her family left for the party. Upon their return, they noticed suspicious activities, such as the running washing machine and the key being outside the house.
Feeling unsettled, Therese requested her partner to inspect the rooms, leading to the discovery of a peculiar partition-wall in the living room. When they investigated further, they found a man hidden behind the wall, which prompted them to immediately leave the premises.
