Carey Price is set for a special moment at the Bell Centre as he returns to celebrate his Hall of Fame induction on November 10. The Montreal Canadiens recently announced this event, honoring Price’s remarkable career with the organization. Price, the goaltender who has spent his entire 15-year NHL career in Montreal, will be the 62nd member of the team to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Following this prestigious recognition, he will join the Bell Centre’s ring of honour, a tribute reserved for former players who have achieved legendary status in the hockey world.
Having played 712 career games, Price holds impressive statistics with a 2.51 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage. He also holds the franchise record for most games played and victories as a goaltender. Price’s contributions will be highlighted during a game against the Minnesota Wild.
In addition to his Hall of Fame induction, Price was a seven-time all-star and was selected fifth overall in the 2005 NHL Entry draft. As the Canadiens gear up for the upcoming season, their pre-season begins on September 19, with the regular season opener scheduled for September 29 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
