Quebec-based publishing company Éditions du Boréal declared on Wednesday that they are terminating their collaboration with Thélyson Orélien. In a press statement, the publisher revealed that recent findings have confirmed the use of artificial intelligence in the creation of Orélien’s book, “C’était ça ou mourir,” which was released earlier this year. This revelation contradicts Orélien’s previous claims to Éditions du Boréal that he did not utilize such technology in the writing process. Consequently, Boréal has decided not to reprint the novel or release any future works by Thélyson Orélien. This situation is ongoing, and further updates will follow.
