Six years ago today, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were married in a small ceremony at All Saints Chapel in Windsor Great Park. The wedding was intimate with only 20 guests due to Covid restrictions. Among the attendees were Beatrice’s parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, along with the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Beatrice wore a dress that belonged to her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, for the occasion.
Since their marriage, Beatrice and Edo have faced challenges related to her parents’ connection to Jeffrey Epstein. Despite this, they have remained strong according to former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond. Recently, the couple was seen at Beatrice’s cousin’s wedding, showing a united front.
As they celebrate their sixth anniversary, Jennie predicts that their busy schedules and ongoing family issues may lead to a more low-key celebration with their children and possibly Edo’s son. However, their strong bond and resources may allow for a happy anniversary celebration.
