The discovery of a deceased mother and her two children has prompted a police search for a suspect who is believed to have fled the country.
Authorities entered a large detached residence on Carnoustie Drive in Great Denham near Bedford after concerns were raised about the family not being seen for several days. Inside the property, three bodies were found, leading to the initiation of a murder investigation. The police have identified a suspect known to the victims, who is suspected to have left the UK.
Multiple police vehicles were visible outside the property, with the driveway cordoned off, and floral tributes laid on a hedge nearby. A mourner, tearfully laying flowers, expressed sorrow over the loss of the mother, describing her as a kind and caring parent.
Residents in the area expressed shock at the tragic event occurring in what was considered a safe neighborhood. The property is situated near an abandoned golf clubhouse called The Bedford, indicating its proximity to a golf course.
