“Armed and Dangerous Female Suspect Sought in Monaco Explosion”

An individual described as “armed and dangerous” has been named as the main suspect in an explosion in Monaco that resulted in critical injuries to a Ukrainian oligarch, a woman, and a teenage boy.

Interpol, the global police organization, is preparing to issue a red notice for the woman in her thirties following the issuance of an arrest warrant.

Although her identity has not been publicly disclosed, she was caught on camera outside the Sun’s Palace, a high-end apartment complex owned by victim Vadym Yermolaiev. The woman is believed to have abandoned a backpack that exploded in the foyer around 9 pm, triggering injuries. It is suspected that she was about 12 meters away when she triggered the explosive device.

A witness identified the main suspect, according to an investigating source. The suspect is a Ukrainian woman in her thirties.

Surveillance footage showed the woman wearing a black bucket hat and long-sleeved clothing as she fled on foot into France without encountering any checkpoints. Reports suggest that she was moving towards Beausoleil in France and has since traveled further to Italy.

The source mentioned that the suspect is armed and dangerous and may be accompanied by accomplices, urging extreme caution in approaching her.

Authorities in France and Monaco have initiated a criminal inquiry into charges of attempted murder, placing an explosive device with criminal intent on a public road, and criminal conspiracy.

Stéphane Thibault, the Monaco prosecutor leading the investigation in Monte Carlo, stated, “We are making efforts to apprehend the suspect.”
