Following the royal family’s celebration of King Charles’s official birthday, Prince Harry was seen at the NBA Finals in Texas and later attended the Warrior Games for military personnel organized by the US Government.
The Warrior Games, which inspired Harry’s successful Invictus Games for military members, will be hosted in Birmingham next year. During his visit to the Warrior Games in San Antonio, Prince Harry took an active role by serving barbecue food, participating in medal ceremonies, and showing support to the competitors.
In another outing, Prince Harry was spotted at an NBA game between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks, sitting alongside US Army veteran JP Lane and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. Notably, his wife Meghan and their children were not present at the game, which ended with the New York Knicks winning their first NBA title since 1973.
Prince Harry’s engagement in various sports events has been notable since relocating to the United States in 2020. His appearances coincided with King Charles’s ceremonial birthday celebrations, where the British Army’s prowess was showcased at the Trooping the Colour event. Meanwhile, the Princess of Wales and her children observed the event from a window overlooking the spectacle in central London.
The royal family’s carriage procession from Buckingham Palace, featuring Charles and Camilla escorted by the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, attracted crowds along The Mall. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis were among the spectators, watching their grandfather’s participation in the ceremony.
