Three individuals, including a child, a woman, and a man, tragically lost their lives after falling from a high-rise building in South London. The incident occurred at Churchyard Row in Elephant and Castle around 7:30 am on Wednesday. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, all three victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are treating the deaths as unforeseen, with no additional injuries reported. The identities of the deceased individuals have not yet been disclosed. According to the police, the trio fell from a significant height and succumbed to their injuries despite resuscitation efforts by emergency responders. In response to the distressing situation, a spokesperson from the London Ambulance Service stated that multiple resources were dispatched to the location, including ambulance crews, a fast response car with a paramedic, and paramedics from the hazardous area response team (HART).
