According to the US military, they conducted defensive strikes on Monday in southern Iran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran reported the downing of a US drone and firing at a fighter jet that had entered Iranian airspace, without specifying the timing of these incidents.
