Anna Papalia, 48, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, first noticed a small spot on her nose five years ago. Initially dismissed as a benign cyst by a dermatologist, she later discovered a small mass behind it during a facial treatment. Despite reassurances that it was harmless, she opted to remove it two years later due to irritation caused by scrubbing her face.
