“Prince William: Children Banned from Phones”

Prince William recently shared his stance on his children having mobile phones, revealing that they are not allowed to have them. This decision has become a point of tension, especially with Prince George. While in Brazil for the Earthshot Prize last November, Prince William discussed various aspects of his family life in an interview with TV host Luciano Huck, including the challenges of parenting and the balance of responsibilities with his wife, Kate.

He mentioned their strict rule on mobile phones for their children and hinted that this rule might change when Prince George starts secondary school. William expressed concerns about unrestricted internet access for children but mentioned that limited phone use could be acceptable. Prince George is set to begin secondary school soon, following the announcement that he will attend Eton College.

In the interview, William also touched upon the hardships his family faced in 2024 when Kate battled cancer. He praised open communication within the family, emphasizing the importance of discussing challenges with their children honestly. William highlighted the need for a delicate balance in parenting, acknowledging that every family situation is unique and requires instinctual responses.

The conversation shed light on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s parenting approach and the values they uphold in raising their children.
