Police are investigating an incident where a nine-year-old girl was reportedly subjected to inappropriate touching at Butlin’s in Skegness. The incident occurred just before 10 am on Monday when the girl was approached outside her family’s accommodation on Pelican Court. The man involved, described as white, aged between 30 and 40 with dark hair, and wearing a green T-shirt, allegedly touched the child over her clothing and placed his hand on her face.
