The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) revealed that during the final one minute and 42 seconds of the cockpit voice recording from the Amazon Prime Air cargo plane crash in Miami, one pilot expressed concerns about excessive speed to the other pilot. The NTSB stated that there was no consistent verbal response to the speed-related comments. Prior to the accident that claimed the lives of five individuals and injured five others, the phrase “Too low, terrain” was repeated multiple times in the cockpit of the Boeing 767 aircraft as it landed and overshot the runway.
