Law enforcement established a cordon around the crash site, maintaining security in the area the next morning. The residential building, situated near a busy dual carriageway linking the city to West Bridgeford, has been cordoned off as a precaution.
Authorities have evacuated residents from the three flats above the impacted apartment due to concerns about potential structural damage.
