Team Canada’s women’s wheelchair basketball team secured a spot in the championship final of the world championship by defeating the Netherlands 85-73 in Ottawa on Thursday.
Canada is set to compete against the United States in the gold-medal match on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET.
In the earlier semifinal match, the U.S. team emerged victorious over Great Britain with a score of 71-61.
Kady Dandeneau showcased exceptional performance in the tournament, leading Canada with an impressive stat line of 35 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists.
