“Trump’s AI Portrait with Washington and Lincoln Sparks Controversy”

Former President Donald Trump faced criticism for sharing an unconventional AI portrait featuring himself seated beside historical figures George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. The 80-year-old leader posted the image on his Truth Social platform without providing an explanation. In the artwork, Trump is depicted at a table with Washington and Lincoln, with an inverted map of the United States in front of them.

This is not the first time Trump has shared peculiar images on social media. A separate AI-generated picture depicted a slimmer Trump wearing an Elvis-style jumpsuit adorned with sequined bald eagles. He also posted an image merging his face with Washington’s, emphasizing the phrase “250 years – in God We Trust.”

Trump’s actions align with his efforts to associate the 250th anniversary of the United States’ founding with his own political career. Critics have accused him of politicizing the anniversary by hosting rallies and diverting federal funds to his “Freedom 250” task force, potentially undermining a bipartisan commission established by Congress.

Supporters of Trump, including those from the MAGA movement, lauded the image featuring Trump alongside Lincoln and Washington as a representation of “three American legends.” However, critics retaliated by mocking the president in edited images, replacing the historical figures with controversial figures like Jeffrey Epstein.

This incident adds to Trump’s history of sharing contentious images online, such as a deleted post portraying himself as Jesus Christ. Despite backlash, Trump defended the image, claiming he perceived it as depicting him as a “doctor.”
