“Five Infant Remains Found in Cardboard Boxes in France”

A discovery was made by a man who found the remains of five babies inside cardboard boxes in France’s Provence region. The unsettling findings occurred on July 29, and due to legal reasons, the man and his wife remain unidentified.

The couple had a dispute regarding the contents of the boxes shortly after the woman gave birth despite denying her pregnancy, which was reportedly the third instance of her denying being pregnant. Following complaints of abdominal pain, the woman sought medical attention while her husband stayed at home.

According to reports, the man investigated the boxes they were arguing about and uncovered the decomposed bodies of the five infants. The police were promptly informed by the husband, initiating an investigation into the incident.

The couple has three living children, aged eight, twelve, and a newborn. Forensic examinations, including autopsies, are being conducted to ascertain the nature, circumstances, and timeline of the infants’ deaths.

No arrests have been made in connection with this case, which has drawn comparisons to previous instances of newborn murders in France. Notably, past cases have resulted in severe penalties for individuals involved in similar crimes, highlighting the gravity of such offenses.
