According to attorney Joseph McBride, the US attorney stated in court that the UK authorities have until mid-September to furnish all relevant materials to the State Department. The brothers have consistently maintained that their controversial statements were misinterpreted or made in jest.
The defense team highlighted that the brothers have regularly returned to Romania, where they were previously accused of luring women for exploitation, demonstrating their compliance with legal processes. Attorney Jackie Perczek emphasized their consistent adherence to returning to Romania every month for the past three years.
Andrew and Tristan Tate, who hold citizenship in both the US and UK, are well-known figures with a significant following on social media platforms and have publicly supported Donald Trump. Despite their connections, the White House has distanced itself from offering any assistance to the brothers.

The new charges in Britain involve four additional accusers and were filed based on evidence from Bedfordshire police. The allegations span from 2010 to 2017 and encompass various serious offenses, including rape, assault, trafficking, and crimes related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.
