“Miracle in Brazil: Premature Baby Declared Dead, Then Found Alive”

A mother in Sao Paolo, Brazil, experienced a rollercoaster of emotions when she was initially told her premature baby had passed away, only to later discover he was alive. Letícia Cristina da Cruz Santos welcomed her son, Noah Gabriel da Cruz Santos, on June 15. Noah was transferred to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Santa Casa hospital for surgery but tragically experienced a cardiac and respiratory episode.

Despite receiving CPR for 45 minutes, Noah was declared deceased. The hospital emphasized that they followed all standard procedures during his care, abiding by the rigorous Brazilian death confirmation protocol. Letícia, who witnessed the events, expressed gratitude for the hospital’s care and described Noah as a fighter, believing in the inexplicable power of miracles.

After being declared dead, Noah astoundingly showed signs of life hours later while in a body bag. Regina Célia Paschoal, a seasoned funeral worker, recounted the shocking moment when she noticed the baby moving and making sounds. Colleague Mattheus Batagello also confirmed the unexpected turn of events, leading to Noah’s swift return to intensive care for his recovery.

Upon learning of Noah’s survival, Letícia shared her overwhelming joy and faith, thanking God for the miraculous turn of events. The incredible twist occurred on the very day Noah was meant to be born, marking a poignant chapter in his premature journey to life.
