Tributes to Henry Nowak by his grieving sister, Olivia Nowak, have resurfaced online, showcasing the siblings singing and dancing together in carefree moments.
Olivia, 22, expressed her eternal love for her brother, referring to him as “forever 18” in a heartfelt message shared online. She mentioned, “I will miss and love you forever.”
The first video tribute was posted 10 days after Henry’s tragic death in December 2025, featuring them dancing to Coldplay’s hit song “Yellow.”
In the 53-second clip, Henry appeared joyful and optimistic about the future, captured smiling and dancing with Olivia at their family home in Chafford Hundred, Essex.
Olivia has continued sharing videos honoring her brother, including one where they are seen holding hands and another showing Henry happily embracing her during a family vacation.
Expressing her deep sorrow, Olivia said, “Never felt pain like this. Forever my best friend. Fly high my angel brother.” The close bond between the siblings is evident in the videos.
During the trial of Vickrum Digwa for Henry’s murder, Olivia confronted him in court, stating, “If you had known Henry, you would never have hurt him.” She emphasized the profound loss she feels, describing Henry as her first best friend.
Henry’s family is advocating for a review of policing practices, urging authorities to “bring common sense back.” An inquest into Henry’s death will scrutinize the actions of police officers on the night of the incident, as announced by Hampshire’s area coroner, Jason Pegg.
Hampshire Police’s handling of the situation following Henry’s stabbing by Digwa, who falsely claimed to be a victim of a racist attack, has come under scrutiny. The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the police response.
Henry, who moved to Southampton for university and was one of four siblings, tragically lost his life. Digwa received a life sentence with a minimum term of 21 years for the crime.
