An influencer supporting the MAGA movement in the United States has confessed to attacking a woman at a Tube station following an altercation involving a pushchair. Melissa Rein Lively, aged 40, forcefully pulled the woman’s hair at Bond Street Underground station last October after her boyfriend allegedly collided with a pushchair carrying a child. Lively agreed to a conditional caution, leading to the withdrawal of the charge of assault by beating against her at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
Accompanied by her partner, Philipp Ostermann, at the time of the incident, Ostermann denied two racially aggravated public order offenses and an additional public order offense. He was granted conditional bail pending further proceedings. Prosecutor Lyndon Harris informed the court that Lively accepted the conditional caution, admitting to the alleged behavior and recognizing it as an offense, agreeing to pay £910 in compensation.
