“Trump Considers Headlining America’s 250th Birthday Festival”

Donald Trump is contemplating the idea of headlining a festival celebrating America’s 250th birthday, referring to himself as the ultimate attraction who surpasses Elvis Presley in audience numbers. The US president, aged 79, shared on Truth Social that he is considering leading the Great American State Fair on the National Mall in Washington DC due to the withdrawal of several prominent performers.

In a post, Trump expressed his thoughts on potentially bringing himself, whom he hails as the individual with unrivaled audience appeal surpassing even Elvis in his prime. He emphasized his deep love for the country and claimed the title of the Greatest President in History, also known as THE GOAT. Trump intends to replace the artists who have backed out, labeling them as subpar compared to his own appeal.

Furthermore, Trump hinted at delivering a significant speech and hosting an “AMERICA IS BACK” rally in Washington DC, specifying that only devoted patriots would be invited to attend. The upcoming 16-day festival, scheduled from June 25 to July 10, faced setbacks as multiple performers withdrew, citing misinformation regarding the event’s political alignment. The festival is being coordinated by Freedom 250, a non-profit established during the Trump administration.

Notable artists such as Young MC, Morris Day, The Commodores, Bret Michaels, and Martina McBride have confirmed their absence from the festival lineup. The Commodores released a statement on Instagram denouncing any political affiliations, emphasizing their commitment to supporting the welfare of all Americans through their music.

Similarly, singer Martina McBride expressed disappointment in being misled about the nonpartisan nature of the event, leading to her decision to opt-out of performing.
