Canada secured a comprehensive victory over Puerto Rico with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, 25-10, resulting in a clean sweep of the best-of-five match. Canada dominated in various aspects, including attacks (42-32), aces (4-2), points gained from errors (17-12), and blocks (12-2).
Head coach Giovanni Guidetti commended his team’s mental toughness and unwavering confidence, particularly during moments when Puerto Rico held the lead in the second set.
